Taxi It's a short, 15-minute taxi ride to the center of Berlin. The fare will come to about 16 deutsche mark ($9).
Train Catch the U-Bahn line U6 at the Platz der Luftbrucke station. You'll be dropped off right in the center of town at the Fredrichstrasse Station. Bus Number 119 departs from the airport four or five times an hour and runs along the Kurfurstendamm to the Zoo station in about 25 minutes. Fare is about 3.50 deutsche mark ($2).

Tempelhof Central Airport (IATA: THF, ICAO: EDDI) a.k.a. Berlin Tempelhof (German: Flughafen Tempelhof) is an airport in Berlin, Germany, situated in the south-central borough of Tempelhof-Schöneberg. This airport is commonly known as Tempelhofen as well.
To US Forces, Tempelhof is known as TCA (Tempelhof Central Airport). Tempelhof is often called the "City Airport". Tempelhof mostly has commuter flights to other parts of Germany and neighboring countries, since its runway is too small to receive jumbojets.
Tempelhof Airport has two parallel runways. Runway 9L/27R has a lenght of 6870 feet and Runway 9R/27L has a length of 6037. Both runways are paved with asphalt. A the taxiway is in the shape of a circle around these two runways, with a single terminal on the north side of the airport.
