The information counter and meeting point are located in the departure hall next to passengers registration counter.
The meeting point and information desk are marked with signs above the counters window. Friendly staff will answer your questions and offer help at request.
Traffic lights at the car park entrances show their availability. There are also displays giving information, important to every parking lot user. There are two entrances and four exit points for vehicles.
Airport parking is free of charge for those who park less than 30 minutes. Those who stay longer have to check-in their parking tickets at customers service. After paying, users are allowed 15 minutes to leave the parking lot.
The shop and exchange office Kompas offers a wide range of Slovenian souveniers, made-in Slovenia products, Slovenian and foreign magazines and newspapers, milk products, snacks and delicious chocolate products of an acknowledged Slovenian producer, fancy goods, camera films, cameras, books and brochures about Slovenia, translated into many foreign languages, postcards, and tobacco.
In the shop you can also exchange money or buy telephone cards.
The general store is located in the departure terminal. Among provisions of a wide range of snacks and chocolates, you can also buy various gifts, souvenirs or Slovenian wines.

Airport Facts
Brnik is the international airport of Ljubljana (the IATA airport code: LJU, ICAO LJLJ), located near the village of the same name approx. 26 km north of Ljubljana and 11 km south of Kranj at the road between Kranj and Menge. It has one paved runway, 3,300m long. The airport was opened on December 24, 1963.
Brnik is home to Adria Airways, the Slovenian flag carrier. Currently easyJet is the only low cost carrier serving this airport with connections to London-Stansted and Berlin-Schönefeld. Other airlines serving the airport include Air France, CSA, Austrian, Malev and others.
On December 8, 2004, the airport received its first annual millionth passenger. Overall, the airport handled 1,048,238 passengers in 2004, of which 830,431 chose Adria Airways.
The airport is served by a highway exit off the A2 Ljubljana - Karavanke motorway and by bus service connecting it with Ljubljana and Kranj.
