Parking There are many parking spaces to be found near the airport building. A short covered walkway leads from the multi storey car park to the terminal building. Every paking space is within a 5 min. walk of the terminal. Tickets available at the Carport desk.

Waiting time is kept to a minimum with our trained ground staff and 21 counters in the check-in hall. You can usually check-in 90 minutes before your departure.

1. Austrian / Tyrolean Airways
Check-in for all scheduled flights with Austrian Airlines, Lauda Air, Lufthansa and Austrian Arrows generally starts 90 minutes before departure unless the flight is at 6:00am as the check-in desk opens at 5:00am. For charter flights with Austrian Airlines, Lauda Air and Austrian Arrows the desk opens 2 hours before take off, beginning at 4:05am.

Night-before check-in is possible when you fly with Austrian Airlines, Lauda Air, Lufthansa and Tyrolean Airways from 7:00pm to 9:00pm (usually at desk 1).

2. Salzburg Airport Services S.A.S.
The S.A.S check-in desk opens two hours before take off for scheduled flights except for the first Amsterdam flight at 6.10am with Air Alps when the check-in desk opens at 5:00am.

The check-in desk for charter flights also opens two hours before take-off, sometimes earlier if needed. For NIKI flights at 06.00 the check-in desk is already open at 4am. You can find information about the last check-in for all scheduled flights on the ORF Teletext Side 829.

Night-before check-in: except for Ryanair, HLX, Thomsonfly from 6:00pm to pm (usually at desk 5)
