Located near concourse A/B/C security check point, the south service center offers automated teller machines (ATM), telephones, TTY, a self-service postal facility, UPS and FedEX dropboxes, self-service insurance counter, change machine and foreign coin exchange.
North Service Center:
Located near concourse D/E security check point, the North Service Center offers an ATM, mail drop, postage machine, change machine, full service barber/beauty shop, seated massage and shoeshine stand.
Portland International Airport (PDX) offers services throughout the airport to assist disabled travelers or airport visitors with special needs.
Traveler Assistance
During peak periods, Volunteer Information Persons (VIPs) stand ready to help passengers throughout the terminal. They provide travel assistance, information, directions and escorts. VIPs are dressed in blue polo shirts featuring the "ask me" logo.
