Brampton Airport
The Brampton Flight Centre is owned and operated by the Brampton Flying Club (BFC) since 1946 and is located on 240 acres in Caledon, close to the Niagara Escarpment. The Wings Flight Grille Restaurant is open to the public daily from 7:30am to 4:00pm. Come enjoy our Pub nights on Fridays until 10:00pm. The Great War Flying Museum is open weekends from May 24th to October 31st. We are home to Canada's largest Recreational Aircraft Association Chapter 41 and the Royal Canadian Air Cadet 892 "Snowy Owl", Squadron . Our Flight School is one of the largest in Canada. Specials are available for mini flying lessons and there is no better way to see the beautiful Caledon countryside or the Toronto's CN Tower than by airplane. Sightseeing Flights available. Professional Pilot training is offered to students from around the world through our Flight College based at the airport. Humphrey's Pilot Shop , named after Humphrey the airport groundhog, offers gifts and gear for pilots and tourists. Group tours of the airport are available and catered functions from parties to meetings can be booked in our Founders Room.
The Brampton Airport is located abeam the picturesque Caledon Hills just minutes from downtown Toronto. The 240 acre facility boasts a modern flight school and terminal building, aircraft service and maintenance facilities, 25 storage hangars and two paved runways with ran instrument approach. Our Flight Training School is considered amongst the best in the world. Operating over 20 aircraft with an instruction staff of 30 the school provides training from the Recreational Pilot Permit right through to the Airline Transport Pilot License . The school is Canada's first and largest Cessna Pilot Centre utilizing the world's first interactive computer based flight training system.
The Brampton Flight College is the organization's provider of advanced career oriented training. The concept is that of Industry, Government and Educators working together shaping the future of aviation in Canada and the World.
