Delta Heritage Air Park
"Delta" is an uncontrolled aerodrome located south of Vancouver in Delta, British Columbia. It's the home of RAAC Chapter 85 and the Boundary Bay Flying Club.
The Air Park is managed by the Delta Heritage Air Park Committee (DapCom) under a Licence Agreement between RAAC Chapter 85 and the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
Delta Heritage Air Park is now operated by the Recreational Aircraft Association of Canada, Chapter 85, under a licence agreement with the Greater Vancouver Regional District. The Delta Heritage Air Park Operating Committee (DapCom), comprising representatives of the tenants, RAAC Chapter 85, and the Boundary Bay Flying Club, operates the Air Park and reports to the Delta Heritage Air Park Management Committee.
Currently there are 32 airplanes housed in hangars and another 20 or so airplanes tied down on the grass. Many of the aircraft are vintage models rarely seen at larger airports. The Pilots' Briefing Room is open every day and the coffee is always fresh and hot. Everyone is welcome.
