The information kiosk in the arrivals hall is open from 6am to 9pm.
Eastern Cape Tourism Board
The Eastern Cape Tourism Board's kiosk, which is also in the arrivals hall, opens at 7am and shuts at 9pm.
PARKING
The airport offers visitors a few places to park their cars:
Public car park
Cost: R3,50 for the first hour;
R0,50c inclrease per additional hour until the 24th hour.
Parking under shade cloth
Cost: R6,00 for the first hour;
R1,00 increase per additional hour until the 24th hour.
Lock-up garages
Cost: R30,00 per day.
No parking is allowed in front of the terminal building.

Airport Facts
East London's airport is a small but bustling one that plays an important role in the growing economy of the Eastern Cape.
Every day it welcomes between 20 and 30 flights - which bring 346 000 people to East London each year. Of these, about 140 000 are holidaymakers, mostly local, and about 15% are foreign tourists.
The airport offers the usual range of passenger services - as well as a coffee shop, a restaurant and a bookshop.
But the airport isn't only a hub for travelers - it's also a crucial link in the cargo chain. Many planes, carrying items such as pineapples, head for domestic destinations - but some cargo flights are bound for countries such as France and Holland.
East London Airport's long and interesting history begins in 1927, when it consisted of one hangar, one telephone, a wind indicator and one petrol pump. Since then, the airport has moved a couple of times and has undergone substantial development.
