The Executive Airport Gatineau-Ottawa (EGO) was inaugurated in 1978 and handed over to the Town of Gatineau in 1991. The exploitation and management of the installation is manage by the Corporation of the Executive Airport of Gatineau-Ottawa.

The Executive Airport Gatineau-Ottawa offers a good development potential by it's geographic location. Located close to highway 50 and within 20 minutes of the main arterial road of the region Gatineau-Ottawa. The Airport site is spread on 142 hectares with a landing strip of 6000 feet x 150 feet for a load capacity of 200 000 pounds.
